When you join the World Health team as a Fitness Consultant, you will be the first step in starting people on the journey to better lifestyle. From selling memberships, to assisting in fitness consultations and servicing existing members in their customer service needs, a Fitness Consultant plays an integral part on the Bankers Hall Club team!

We are looking for people with:

Previous customer service experience
A commitment to a healthy lifestyle
The ability to inspire success in Bankers Hall Club members, the community and fellow team members

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling memberships to prospective club members
Generating at least 60% of his or her own prospects through internal and external marketing
Paperwork and administrative personal sales along with personal follow up on new memberships
Attend all weekly staff production meetings and training programs.
Comply with safety, courtesy, and dress policies of the club.
Assist in implementing club and company policies and procedures.
Attend all continuing education seminars
Maintaining and achieving individual revenue and selling quotas.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to

Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of duties
Deal effectively with a diverse group of members and prospective members
Adjust and operate fitness equipment
Give oral and written instructions
Understand and follow oral and written instructions
Gain cooperation through discussion and persuasion

Knowledge of

Company policies and procedures
Principles of salesmanship

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION

Experience

one year in a related sales/customer service field
Skills

Effective in interpersonal relationships
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn

Passion for fitness

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
