Bancroft Public Library is seeking a permanent, part-time Library Events Coordinator to perform duties related to the planning, implementation and evaluation of library programming and services.
-Demonstrated knowledge of child and youth activities, programming and trends
-Excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently
-Basic computer skills and applications including Internet and Microsoft Office
-Secondary School or GED; post-secondary and library experience will be considered an asset
-A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to community events
-Must provide a criminal reference check upon hiring and before first day of employment
Approx. 8 hours per week, at $13.00 per hour
