Position: Bilingual French Dealer Support Representative
Salary: $43.5K - $45K bonus potential 5% plus benefits
Hours: Shift Work Monday-Friday from 11AM to 7:30PM OR 12pm to 8:30pm; Saturday 9:00am-9:00pm occasionally. Work from home once every 8 weeks from 3:30PM to Midnight

We are currently seeking a Bilingual Dealer Support Representative who is a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and extensive multi-tasking abilities. Finance and/or automotive experience are a definite asset. Prior experience in a customer service environment is also beneficial.
Time off will be compensated in lieu for Saturday shift, i.e. during the weekdays. Excellent and extensive training and support provided.
· Respond to e-mails and telephone calls from dealerships and internal stakeholders
· Assist in resolving inquires, and process applications for dealer activations
· Provide information in response to any questions, concerns and requests by interacting with internal and external clients and stakeholders via telephone
· Communicate effectively with regular customers and partners
· Provide supplementary training to personnel when required via telephone
· Effectively troubleshoot and diagnose potential issues related to the products and services provided by the client
· Certificate or Degree in related discipline
· Must possess exceptional French and English communication skills
· Ability to prioritize workload according to demands
· Excellent organizational and decision making skills
· Demonstrated ability to multi-task, problem solve and think analytically
· Must be proficient in a Windows environment with competencies in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Technical experience working in a client-based or web-based application is a definite asset
