Badger Daylighting requires a full time Administrative assistant.
Reporting to the area manager, this position will be responsible for all office paperwork as well as Dispatching trucks on a shared basis.

Wage commensurate with experience
40 hours per week and alternate weekends carrying the phone for dispatch purposes.
Monthly safety meeting attendance (taking minutes and submitting to safety dept)
You will be responsible for the coordination of the safety, field, and human resources administrative aspects of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
-Coordinate and submit field tickets.
-Liaise with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
-Organize pre-trip reports, maintenance reports and inspection reports
-Coordinate and file safety paperwork - Field Level Risk Assessments
-Organize personnel files
-Assist with logistical requirements
-Coordinate truck permits
-Submit Bi-weekly payroll to Head office


-Have worked in an Office environment preferably in the Oil and gas, utility or construction industries.
-Strong computer skills
-Very good Organizational skills
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Positive attitude and willing to take on new challenges
-Able to work with minimal supervision
-Able to relate well to a wide variety of people (field and office)
-Professional approach to business
-Applicants must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be able to submit a drivers abstract.
