To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- minimum 2 + years in progressive marketing experience
- Working knowledge of CRM software, SaaS software and mobile business applications is an asset
- In depth knowledge of online marketing, PPC, and Google Analytics
- Understanding of software and technology marketing, B2B experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM software, SaaS software and mobile business applications is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing programs, campaigns and activities that deliver an amazing web experience from search to conversion. Paid and Organic Search Optimisation (SEO & SEM), Display and Re-targeting, Web Analytics, Content Marketing, PR, etc.

  • Using a range of web measurement and automation tools, optimize the online experience to maximize success across a range of metrics including traffic, bounce rate, time on site, form complete rate, lead conversion rate, etc.
  • Innovate and continuously improve online marketing programs and the web experience to ensure we are always best practice. Cultivate an online marketing team that is hungry to learn and constantly innovates seeking new ways to engage customers online and delivering a truly exceptional online user experience and business results.
  • Cultivate a working culture that ensures strong and transparent communication exists within the team.

  • Assure consistency of our brand and messaging is delivered through our online experience.
  • Support the development of demand generation programs to engage prospects and customers
  • Manage marketing metrics, campaign ROI and lead-to-opportunity pipeline reporting
  • Become an Inbound Marketing expert to drive inbound leads
  • Develop powerful, engaging content marketing materials and blog articles to build inbound web traffic
  • Set up and track lead generation processes
  • Develop and execute content marketing campaigns
  • Drive adoption of social media tools into the lead generation process and manage corporate social media platforms
  • Identify, establish & manage 3rd party online lead generation programs and content
  • Comfortable working with data and managing basic marketing administration
  • Actively interact with forums and blogs (e.g. contacting bloggers and other influencing persons in the field of social media)

Requirements:

  • All candidates will have a degree or diploma in marketing, communications, or related field, and 2+ yrs experience in marketing
  • Successful track record developing lead generation programs campaigns
  • Experience in software and technology marketing, B2B experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to write compelling, targeted copy for B2B campaigns, web content and various communications
  • Experience with online marketing, PPC, and Google Analytics
  • Proactive, independent thinker that brings creative solutions to marketing problems
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Dreamweaver. Hubspot software experience is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software, SaaS software and mobile business applications is an asset

compensation: $ 55,000 to $ 95,000 based on experience and credentials
