Job title: Customer Service Representative

We are a leading online health and beauty merchant focusing on botanical skincare for the North American
The Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, and will process
orders as well as proactively offers solutions to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities: -

Office reception- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails. Communicate with customers via Telephone and email for order resolution, order management, cancellations, upselling, order returns, chargebacks, credit card transactions.

Communicate with customers regarding product information and delivery inquiries- Assess customer
issues and recommend proactive and appropriate solutions-

Process orders and maintain related communication with sales, and distribution to ensure customer
All requirements are met-

Arrange logistics for outbound B2B orders and booking appointments-

Verifying pricing and contracts-

Accounts receivable calls- Accounting entries including receiving payments, resolving payments that have
Declined, and arranging alternative payments via alternative payment methods

Receiving and handling mail, files and documents- Filing and maintaining office
Organization and coordinating returns management

Dispute management with customers and orders.


Proficient oral and written skills
Polite and helpful customer service disposition with an assertive attitude.
2+ years customer service experience (Health and Beauty experience an asset) -
Strong computer skills including email Outlook, Excel, Word, Gmail, basic social media-Facebook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills- is mandatory
Candidates MUST work well under pressure as well as mutli-tasking various projects and work load at once.
Must have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude and be willing to learn new systems and methods for business.
