Job Description & Duties: Promptly responding to all incoming emails and phone requests for information, quotes and to processing of orders
Keeping track of correspondence via customer contact management software (Sage Act) and following up with customer on outstanding quotations
Invoicing of customer orders and collection of outstanding receivables
Inventory control and ordering of supplies
Daily transaction of visa /master card payment s preparation of daily bank deposits
Selling and marketing of additional products lines to existing and new customer
Assisting with end of daily shipments – waybill preparation
