Service Manager (Former Employee), Austin, TXOctober 22, 2013
Pros: work as hard as you want to increase your own pay
Cons: unethical acts
It was fun to grow this store and grow employees that i hired over the years.

I would be there today if it were not for being asked to conduct unethical acts.

Material Handler (Current Employee), Greer, SCSeptember 15, 2013
A typical day at work is having a team meeting, checking in seats from the docks, taking seats to the assembly line, and helping out where needed. I learned several different jobs and learned to work with several different people. The management here at BMW is on point with everything. My co-workers are great people to work with. The hardest part of – more... the job is not allowing any mistakes to sneak in. The most enjoyable part of the job is knowing you did your best to best of your ability with pride and a smile on your face. – less

A typical day at work was selling BMW auto parts, putting away parts stock orders. Counting parts bins to keep inventory correct. Shipping out going orders and receiving incoming orders. Returning warranty parts to the manufacturer. Maintaining the appearance of the parts department. The hours were long at times. Co workers for the most part were professional – more... and easy to get along with. Everyone had there job duties and stuck to them. Had a great parts manager that made it a fun environment to work in. – less

Service Lane Representative (Current Employee), Fairfax, VAAugust 30, 2013
Pros: people i work with, flexible schedule
Cons: no benefits, no job security
I started as a receptionist management moved me to the cafe, then, the service lane. Six months later they moved me back to receptionist. I am contracted through the vallet company. They
are in the process of receiving new managers who are not as excited
about contracting receptionists. Therefore, I am looking for new
employment opportunities.
My job – more... description now consists, (but is not limited to), answering and transfering calls, setting appointments, data entry, making follow up phone calls, scanning and filing invoices.
