The Database Marketing Specialist plays a key role in investigation, definition and documentation of technical requirements to support leads/campaigns. This role works collaboratively with many partners such as the Leads Team, Customer Communications & Marketing, Product, eChannel, Personal Sales Force Effectiveness and Technology & Operations. An integral player in the delivery of accurate campaigns, the Database Marketing Specialist audits campaigns and output data. This role is also accountable to support the channels and development of processes, frameworks and standards to ensure efficient and effective processes in the Leads Team.
Knowledge & Skills: * Minimum 3 years of campaign experience
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management, campaign design and development
- Solid and proven background in business process improvement
- Knowledge of financial services industry preferred
- Can translate business strategies into technical requirements
- In-depth analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment
- In-depth project management
- Strong interviewing, probing and influencing skills
- Solid organizational and time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Ability to be innovative and think creatively in a rapidly changing environment
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), SQL, Affinium Campaign or equivalent
