Job Summary: Elucidate submission and documentation procedures; prepare correspondence/documents; data capture and funds management; customer facing role - customer service & customer delight orientation is mandatory.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree is preferred or High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required. Customer facing experience will be preferred. Should also have a good typing speed. Knowledge of Hindi and/or Punjabi languages would be an asset.
