Our client in the Hamilton area is looking for MCSE and/or A+ Certified associates to assist in giving their customers technical support over the phone and on the internet for cable television, high speed internet, and digital phone technical issues.

Job Description-

  • Technical Support and Superior Customer Service for a High Volume Call Centre
  • Determine, Resolve, and Document Problems Experienced by the Caller
  • Trouble Shoot Multiple Technical Issues

1. Connection Issues
2. Virus/Malware Removal
3. Email & Anti-virus Issues
4. Operating System Issues
5. Software Errors

Job Requirements-

  • A+ and/or MCSE Certification or Relevant Work Experience
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Quickly Establish a Unique Rapport with Every Customer
  • Must be able to Multitask by Addressing Calls and Remote Chat Sessions Simultaneously

Hours and Pay Rate-

  • Full Time Positions
  • Must Have Open Availability to Work Monday-Sunday
  • Shifts are Rotating and Applicants Must be Willing to Work Shifts Between 6am and 1am
  • Base Pay of $12/HR plus Bonuses/Performance Incentives
  • 4% Vacation Pay and Associates are Paid Weekly
