Position: Lead / General Labourer
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: Hourly Wage (To be determined)
Hours: Requires Flexibility

Minimum Requirements/ Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Must communicate with customers and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Demolition experience an asset
  • Must have experience managing a team of 4 or more
  • Must have general Labour experience
  • Must have experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be punctual
  • Must be organized and be able to multi-task and trouble shoot
  • Must keep your work areas neat and tidy to avoid injury
  • Read and understand the company hand book
  • Pass an exam on the information in the hand book
  • Require a working personal phone & phone number
  • Need valid Alberta Class 5A driver’s license and clean abstract
  • Have First Aid & WHIMIS Training
  • Must follow safe work procedures & practices
  • Must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Have a CSA approved hard hat and safety boots and protective eye wear
  • Must have excellent communication skills / Must Treat others with respect
  • Repetitive lifting (50 lbs+)
  • Must fill out your time cards properly and submit them on time daily
