Every level of worker is being pressured by the level above them. The average technician is under immense pressure. Often working alone, even when the tasks at hand are not safe for one person alone. Shifts often bump into each other giving little to no time for sleep over multiple days, due to poor scheduling and incompetent middle management. The responsibility to pay ratio is extremely lopsided in the company's favour. Highly passive aggressive culture all around. No "teamwork" culture, Upper management clearly making poor decisions causing the company to hemorrhage money. No desire to change it's ways. More interested in perceived image and branding rather than the well being of it's workforce. Recently changed name to Freeman Audio Visual Canada. No change to how it's run.
