Our client a leading provider of scaffold and shoring solutions is looking to for an Account Receivable Invoicing Clerk to join their dynamic team in Edmonton. Reporting to the Branch Administrator, the Account Receivable Invoicing Clerk is responsible for various duties including but not limited to:

Required Responsibilities;

  • Accurately processing labour and retail invoicing
  • Set-up job daily into Track-Rite
  • Processing of sales orders
  • Weekly update of AR reports and monthly holdback report
  • Processing monthly accruals
  • Maintain and Manage an organised filling system
  • Responding to customers inquiries
  • Processing credit payment when necessary

  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks

Required Education and Experience:

  • Completion of high School or post secondary or equivalent education
  • Accounting and Administration experience an asset
