Avery HR is currently looking for an internal Staffing Specialist to join our team.

Primary Job Duties:
Works with Branch Manager and recruitment team to determine requirements of job openings and requisitions.
Determine appropriate recruiting outlets for advertising and posting positions.
Supports recruiting program as a trained recruiter, and attends job fairs and other events.
Pre-screen resumes and documents candidate evaluation and interview process.
Conduct interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings.
Evaluates factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.
Rates applicants, makes recommendations, and provide applicants with information on the job
May administer tests and interpret results, check references, extend formal job offers, etc.
Determines disposition of all human resources actions, including starting salaries and hiring.
Excellent communication (written & verbal)
1 year or more in the staffing industry or related field
Superior computer skills
