Our client in the Markham area is currently looking to hire a 3 dynamic Bilingual Customer Service Representatives.
2 to 3 years customer service experience
Fully Bilingual (french/english)
Strong problem solving skills, strong team player and strong communication skills
Inputting orders, making changes and also reviewing them when necessary
Managing all orders
Investigating over shipments/short shipments/damages etc to orders
Validating deductions including trade deductions, and engaging all customers to resolve discrepancies
Updating anything in the system when necessary
