High turnover rate. Worked there for 6 months and have seen too many people "let go". Very good at selling the dream but once your there they will get rid of you at a moments notice. Learned a lot in my 6months so it would be a good entry level company.

A typical day requires a lot of self training (not self-paced). It is enforced but not a lot of material or aid is given. The hardest part is dealing with micro management as well dealing with "being in the dark", so to speak.

Take the job as a last resort!

Cons: as a fellow colleague states, overworked, underpaid and under respected.
This job should be either taken as a job fresh out of college or if you simply cannot find employment anywhere else. If you are fresh out of college, you are the prime target for their recruitment because they can then overwork you and underpay you for your efforts. Just ask any current employee in the Technical Analyst team, and you will find this – more... to be the case. You will be told that you will be working in shifts, but will never leave on time. Don't expect to be paid for your overtime either.

The pay is below market and the culture is the opposite of anything that is progressive. If you want flexibility somewhere, you will not find it here. Don't try to input your own ideas, it's not welcome here by management. On top of that, prepare for micromanagement.

Surprisingly, for a miserable culture, my colleagues were great people to work with. I just hope they are all smart enough to know to leave when the opportunity arises. The market is bad, but it isn't that bad to toil your life away at this company. – less

Stay Away - High turnover rate, clueless management, miserable culture

Pros: i don't work there anymore
Cons: being trapped in an office space type culture where everyone is miserable and watches the clock
If you are one minute late your boss will be calling/texting you to find out where you are. Sales execs are hired at minimal wages and most people leave within their first year. On monthly sales reports and achievements execs names are often spelled incorrectly just adding to the insult of working there. Stay away!

Cons: excessively high turnover rate, lack of employee development, management practices
Rapidly growing company with many changes taking place at all times. Intelligent and hard working colleagues. Good amount of autonomy. Most enjoyable part of work was bonding with colleagues however the extremely high turnover rate took away from this.

Fine for entry level

Pros: interactive hr department, team building programs, decent education of product
Cons: low pay, little room to branch out
Company offers plenty of perks and is a descent place to again experience for young workers, however the pay is very low for the region. While the company offers many perks most employees see the company as a stepping stone to other companies and the turn-over rate is high.
