Cons: the lack of salary incentives for administration staff.
Most days involve assisting employees with any problems they have with the software portion of our business system.Review bank transactions, assisting with new stock set up and reviewing the previous days transactions for margin variations. I also deal and customer inquiries that cannot be handled by other departments when the managers are not available. I am learning more about system integration and working with query. Management are also the owners and are proactive. This workplace is the best I have ever seen for co-worker compatibility. The hardest part of the job is dealing with multi tasking in busy season. The most enjoyable part of my job is fulfilling the needs of customers and assisting revenue department staff to do their job more effectively
