We provide help desk, MACD ordering, and troubleshooting for corporate customers, and are looking to add a talented and driven individual to our telecom support team. We currently support mostly voice functions (business lines, PRIs, long distance, etc.) but data communications experience would also be useful.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Some relevant experience with telecom MACDs, equipment, and/or services
  • High degree of organization skills
