At Aveda Transportation and Energy Services 'We Drive Energy' and we are looking for the right fit in providing software implementation support to Aveda staff in our corporate head office and remote branch offices in both Canada and the United States. This position will provide problem resolution and general support to our employees during our implementation of TMW.
As a Software Implementation Specialist your main responsibilities will include:
Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for the implementation of Aveda’s new dispatch and accounting software
Utilize previous experience with the implementation of TMW, transportation software or other business critical software applications to help drive the business operations forward
Provide first level customer field support for the implementation across all branches throughout North America
Providing onsite support for the installation of new software and troubleshooting through the IT team as required
Provide post implementation follow up with managers and users at each site
Coordinating ongoing troubleshooting of software issues identified through the implementation
Develop, update, and maintain software application user training
Coordinate testing and validation to ensure process/system changes will integrate effectively into the overall business process
Collect information to determine configuration requirements
Create functional design documents, including process flow charts
Utilize analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Other project duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Advance knowledge of Crystal Report
Experience with implementation and support of ERP
Experience with SQL
Bachelor in computer science or related field
