Come grow with us! Your role as a winch driver will require you to:

• Operate tractor trailer and/or wheel combinations
• Transport permitted loads
• Coordinate with the Dispatcher on delivery, breakdowns, weather, traffic conditions, etc.
• Operate safely and on time
• Work shift rotations
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, self-driven
• Demonstrate the ability to write and speak functional English
• Have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems. As well as knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, load securement, inspections and maintenance
• Pass our pre-employment medical, as required of Safety Sensitive positions under the Canadian Model
• Demonstrate the ability to position blocks and tie downs to secure cargo
• Demonstrate the ability to clean, inspect and service vehicle

Qualifications:

Class 1 driver’s licence with air brake endorsement
Minimum 3 year winch experience
Oilfield Hauling experience
Valid driver’s license (3 year abstract required)
Experience with a bed truck is a plus
