My day was starting of cleaning duties working of a sheet where they were listed .in the duty managers office,. after when they all have been completed for the certain time, my job was to lifeguard on poolsite for 15 min 1 roatation on each station overall 45 min-eachtime when i was off poolsite my job was to go back to cleaning sheet doing extra jobs – more... or the jobs i was asked to do by one of my managers. Then, when a jobs have been completed, been helping at reception, cashing , serving people doing showrounds for customers which were intrusted in our leisure an memberships, and doing little jobs for a receptionist.. My favourite part of the job was working with people, meeting new people ,communicating helping each other and working as a team an individual and coaching games. The hardest part of the job was life saving, taking care of all bathers in the pool under your supervision and big pressure , must concentrate all the time and safe when is needed. Working there I, gain a lot of confidence with myself and poeple able to deal with stressfull and hard situations Im willing to learn even If is something what i havent experienced . There . is better something than nothing never late to learn, like giving myself a challange never give up even if is not going well always keep my head up and move forward. – less

Great management, good facility, amazing staff. You get to start early work at a good pace and eat all you can for free.

This company does not pay very well and requires you to work 12 shifts with very little notice

I pitched contacts in fashion, athletics, and entertainment for potential promotional events. I learned how to fit a product to a brand. Management was supportive. My co-workers were undermining. The hardest part of my job was dealing with the various personalities present in nightlife. A typical day at avalon was come in, get placed somewhere along the complex and provide security for concerts and night clubs. I was amongst the higher ranks of security. My job was to go around and assign other security to different parts of the club, and watch the money at the end of the night.

working for avalon was great hrs and wages were good they delivered almost most of the north east of newcastle we worked great as team

Typical day at work is always something new. There is never a repeat at my job. I learn so many different thing from working with this company. The one thing that stick out the most from that I learned is that I can get attached to a person that I have known for a short period of time. My co-workers are GREAT people to be around. A typical day at work was consistently moving and on your feet for the twelve hour shift. Management was poorly run. Co-workers were helpful in learning their system. I enjoyed getting to help the same patients everyday. They were not flexible with my school schedule so I had to quit.

There are very few negative aspects of working in Avalon Haeundae. First of all it boasts a great location right near Haeundae Beach in Busan. The culture, although typically diligent and demanding, also emphasizes friendliness and comradery. The management had a less controlling approach to dealing with employees. As a head teacher I was able to go – more... to meetings with the management and achieve reasonable goals that were executed fluidly throughout the semesters. Not surprisingly this kind of atmosphere was conducive to the educational purposes of the campus and the campus itself proved to be one of the successful one of the company. – less

Good place to work, provided space to work and time to do work in, nice people, a lot of work and challenging but well worth it.

• Analyzing business requirements documents and Technical design documents to understand the new enhancement proposed, clarify queries with Business Analyst and Technical Team.
• Create Test plan for each project under the program and provide the test efforts to the program management team.
• Interacting with various teams (Integration, security, reporting) – more... to understand the changes made to their system, analyze the impact to test and propose a mitigation plan to complete the test within the timeline
• Create High level test scenario, testcases and test scripts using IBM Rational Quality Manager.
• Review scenario and testcases designed by other team member and provide feedback.
• Perform functional testing by executing the test scripts and reporting defect in the defect tracking tool: IBM Rational Clear Quest.
• Assign defects to the technical team, perform retesting and track them until closure.
• Provide details of the reported defects to the business and technical team during daily triage meeting.
• Recommending and making new improvements to QA policies, standards and procedures.

I was a volunteer. I enjoyed helping out with the elderly. I was able to see how it feels to work in a nursing home.
