Position Overview:
- Working with our remote team of Tele- Sales Representatives offering our unique information based products with little or no competition; maintains customer satisfaction by problem-solving resources, managing staff. You are a customer-focused individual who understands the importance and intricacies of always being ready to serve the customer.

Position Responsibilities:

- Accomplishes customer service objectives by training, assigning, coaching, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures and initiating corrective actions.
- Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolving problems; completing audits, identifying customer service trends.
- Determines customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers, benchmarking best practices, analyzing customer information and reports.
- Work within management team to keep cost within targets

Position Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience of customer service and or sales / call centre / collections in a leadership role
- Knowledge of PC and Salesforce CRM
- History of customer service / sales leadership role
- education required
- professional language skills
- MUST be able to work Sunday - Thursday 7pm to 3am; Fridays and Saturdays off

This is an excellent opportunity with an established international marketing company that operates in Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. with expansion to France and Germany in spring 2012. The average tenure of our existing managers and employees are 10 years +. For the right individual, this position could turn into a Customer Service Manager position.

Location: Downtown Toronto
Compensation: $18 / hour plus bonuses
