service employee (Former Employee) – Ancaster, Ontario – 16 November 2012
+ Good place to work if you're trying to break into the IT scene as it is reputable from the outside + employees are a good group to get along with outside of work + Company Building is very nice and on sales floor
- Owner is a micro manager. - Company is sales driven before services. - Pay is terrible (service) - Morale is low
Account Executive (Current Employee) – Ancaster, ON – 16 June 2017
The work place is fantastic. All the sales team, techs are all friendly and easy to work with. Managers are all supportive and help a lot. There is plenty of coaching and mentoring, training for sales as well ( internal and from manufacturers)
My salary is good, and my commissions are awesome. I have no cap, so I can earn as much as I want.
If I am out with customers, I am never at the office, otherwise I do work from the office ( only real challenge). That said, all the support team is from the office, so it helps to be in the office few days per week.
Great office space, lots of freedom, lunch and learn training sessions
Account Manager (Current Employee) – Ancaster, ON – 16 June 2017
Ive been at Audcomp for quite a while. The team is great, the managers are all good. I am given the opportunity to succeed and have lots of support in my role. Nothing is ever perfect, but its a very good place to work.
The management team has always helped develop the sales team, provide assistance to help close sales, develop customers.
I would recommend Audcomp to people looking for a sales role or technical position.

This is all from a service perspective:
Positives of working at Audcomp:
* Great exposure to lots of different products/technologies * Great if you're trying to get some experience and then move on
Negatives of working at Audcomp:
* Owner is a HUGE micromanager * It felt like a concentration camp - No work/life balance, they want you to work for them and that's it * No team in the service department, everyone is out for themselves * Morale is very low * Turnover is huge * You're told when you can take your vacation
