The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to answer and direct incoming calls as well as greet clients and guests. The Receptionist will also assist in clerical support such as faxing, copying, filing, and data entry. The candidate must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenge of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment is crucial to this position.

Position Requirements: At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational, professional and personal requirements:

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent required
  • Basic Computer Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
  • Knowledge of the operation of standard office equipment
