Duct Cleaning Manager&Commercial Sales, Oakville, ON - 13 January 2017
Sending out my crews for their day, doing weekly checks on the trucks for any problems that may be starting to occur, break lines, air lines, tires, and compressors. I learned that I am an excellent manager as I was very fair to every employee that worked under me and I also learned how to be more creative in the overall customer experience. Management seemed to be flying by the seat of there pants on there decision making skills always new processes being implimented then they realize that that doesn't work so they implimented more new processes. The people I worked with at Atlas were great all around people. Knowing that they wanted to keep me as the Duct Cleaning manager and there was no real way to get into the sales position that I was hoping to secure. The most enjoyable part of my job was seeing that people were starting to understand that duct cleaning was actually an essential service that they needed.
