Here you must listen and understand well to the client so as to answer correctly. you face discussion with many persons with their problems concerning bill, service, internet connection and defect on their phones. you have to fix them yourself or transfer to other section.

I personally I did not enjoy my time at Atelka due to the the drama that followed me back home. Even if I tried not to make it my business somehow it became my business.

This line of work is horrid enough, but the staff here are next to useless. My supervisor was little to no help and treated us like we were stupid without training us to understand.
