Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, the recruiter acts as an advisor to the company managers and coordinates the entire process of recruitment and relocation. The junior recruiter is responsible to propose and implement recruitment strategies to fill the labor needs identified by business units.
Participate in the entire recruitment process or needs analysis, job postings, screening, interviewing, assessments and recommendations, taking references and job offers.
Establish a trust relationship with our managers in order to effectively meet their needs.
Participate in the development of a new approach to recruitment and improvement of our processes in a continuous improvement process.
Being active through formal and informal networks, including the use of social media to attract candidates.
Ensure follow-ups and up-to-day management of our candidates.
Skills and experience
University degree in human resource management, industrial relations or a related field.
1+ years experience as a recruiter, ideally in a technological environment, to customer service and mass recruitment.
Professional experience in a recruitment firm or an employment agency.
Research experience on the internet with the use of different recruitment sources and methods.
Knowledge of MS Office tools and a monitoring system for candidates.
Fluency in French and English spoken and written.
Ability to manage multiple files at once.
Team player and good interpersonal skills
