Project Coordinator/Manager (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC15 November 2017
Pros
-Good laid back people in general.
-Your career will depend on your manager if he’s also willing to mentor you.
-Lots of opportunities ( if you’re willing to learn) can’t be timid.

Cons
-Favoritism at its finest.
-The managers are too old fashion, that it’s hard to do something innovative approach to projects except their climate change enactment.
-Mostly white old people, the millennials are resigning as fast as a bullet, due to poor leadership.
-People are very nosy about your business. Be careful who you talk to.
-Small minded culture
