AspenClean is seeking a bookkeeping professional to join our team in the role of Bookkeeper & Operations Support in our West Vancouver office. AspenClean is a fast growing locally owned company offering growth opportunities to our employees while demonstrating a commitment to today's environmental concerns.
-Full cycle bookkeeping including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Government remittance and Payroll
-Closing completed Work Orders, completing a billing cycle, updating clients' files
-Respond to all billing and accounting related inquiries
-Disbursing, tracking and assisting with overall management of cleaning equipment, tools, supplies and uniforms
-Supporting Teams in their needs related to payroll and daily operations
-Make recommendations and assist with development of improvements in accounting, operations and IT tools and processes
-Performing any other office and operations related tasks as assigned

Post-secondary degree or diploma with 1-2years experience in a bookkeeping
$33-40k/yr + bonus based on performance.
