This individual will be responsible for coordinating the logical details of the delivery of our programs and courses. In order to do this you will have to liaise between our academic support staff and faculty member’s to pull together all the logical details, and resources required to provide our students with the best learning experience.
This position is ideal for an individual, who is meticulous, extremely organized, a critical and logical thinker with exceptional communication and administrative skills. Our ideal applicant is a self-driven passionate administrator who thieves on organization and project management and is serious about advancing their administrative career in an educational setting.
Assisting in the appointment and scheduling of faculty members
Providing faculty members with program and course materials
Checking program evaluations and bring issues back to the appropriate personnel
Assisting with the coordination of Program Advisory Committee meetings
Fluency in English
Post-secondary degree in Administration (or in a related field)
4-5 years of experience working in an administrative role (or related experience)
Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
Exceptional customer service skills and leadership skills
Independent worker who is not afraid to take initiative
Critical thinker and problem solver
Project management skills
Detailed oriented, extremely organized
Excellent time management skills
Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
