Ashton College is currently looking for an individual who is looking for an entry level position to provide support to our Administration Manager.
Daily responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Maintains inventory for marketing communications materials and facilities supplies
Performs routine facilities checks
Performs word processing, basic online research, data entry, and maintaining and filing of documents
Provides general administrative support to the Administration Manager
Fluent in English
1-2 years of work experience in a retail or office environment OR Diploma/Certificate in Administration
Organized, professional, detail orientated
Enjoys working in fast-paced environments (an asset)
This is a part-time position (22 hours per week). This position will start immediately. This is an entry level position and compensation will reflect this.
