Internship (Former Employee), Birmingham, ALJuly 12, 2012
The typical day at work consisted of interviewing juveniles on their drug history, Sending the information to probation officers and to rehab facilities. I learned how to interact with adolescents and sometimes irate parents. Since this was an internship I was under supervision by the program manager. The manager was great at helping me with things – more... that I did not understand and teaching me how to do the job.My co-workers were wonderful and very willing to help me when I had questions. The hardest part of the job was to not feel bad for the kids but in order to do this job you cannot feel bad for them, if you do then they do not get the help that they need. The most enjoyable part of this job was knowing that you are helping young kids before they are too old to possibly help them with drug problems. – less

Door to Door saleman (Current Employee), Sunshine Coast, QLDMay 24, 2012
Pros: free transport
Cons: long hours, commission only
A typical day at work would consist of people being rude to you and wasting time. I learned how to talk to different type of people and how to answer on the spot questions. The management is good and they keep you on track. My co-workers are nice people. The hardest part of the job is constantly being rejected by people all day long. The job isn't enjoyable – more... at all. – less

Data Entry Specialist (Former Employee), Knoxville, TNMay 18, 2012
Pros: nothing!!!!!
Cons: no benefits, no advancement
It was ok. They had no benefits. Pay was decent. Did not advance like other people did, and I was one of the first employees to be hired. Management was not very friendly. They would treat me like I was nothing sometimes.
