Daily job is signing contracts and dealing with huge amount of queries therefore experience is gained very quickly. Communication with customer via email, live chat and other tools. I've learned how to communicate in a former manner, plus become very customer solution orientated with improved English. Hardest part of the job to keep focus while working 13-15 hours a day during busies periods. The most enjoyable part is colleagues and job itself :) I like pressure :) Team Leads are very supportive and response very quickly if you need their attention.
