This is a full-time, permanent role based in Scarborough, Ontario.
Compensation: $60,000 annually + travel expenses
Our industrial products client is seeking a polished, bright, and hardworking personal assistant to support the CEO and assist him in achieving his directives.
- calendar management using Microsoft Outlook
- booking travel arrangements, making transportation arrangements, and booking hotels
- taking meeting minutes and providing them to the CEO as required
- managing communications between clients, vendors, employees, and members of the executive team
- travelling with the executive team to take notes, liaise with industry leaders, and assist the CEO with speeches, reports, presentations, and research
- previous experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant, ideally in a corporate environment
- excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and organization skills
- comfortable travelling internationally on a frequent basis
