Pros: very nice staff
Cons: bad hours.
I enjoyed working at arrow furniture mainly because the staff is like family. The staff at arrow furniture is one group of people I am grateful to have had the chance to work with and it was hard to leave behind.
Since just after Christmas 2013 the store had a high decrease of business, and quite a few people were let go.

Cons: long hours
11 hr shift a day is very tiring specially when the business is slow. Due to the economy the commission is very poor due to low business. Since we are on commission there is always misunderstanding between employees.The fun part is interacting with different types of customers
