We need a quick learner with approximately 3 to 5 years experience in a small to medium sized company environment. Mon-Fri = 35 hours/week .. daily hours could be flexible depending on workload. Must be able to assist the Controller with her duties and cover vacations.
1. bookkeeping skills (accounting skills would be better)
2. payroll experience (HR skills/knowledge would be better)
3. intermediate Excel
4. good people skills (communication)
5. Admin. Asst. skills (phones, filing, organization)
6. Self-starter, able to work unsupervised
