Safety Personnel –
Review, develop and maintain the health and safety program for Arrow Excavating. Design and implement a wellness program. Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with Certificate of Recognition requirements. Advise on all investigations in determining cause and corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate safety inspections, accident/incident investigations and reporting, and formal risk/hazard assessments. Provide recommendations on appropriate preventative measures.
Human Resources Personnel –
Assist Arrow Forman in ensuring future manpower requirements are satisfied. Ensure the selection and placement of qualified employees. Prepare and execute of HR advertising & promotional campaigns as required. Research and suggest new opportunities for Recruitment advertising as required
Review, sort and shortlist resumes received. Arrange, coordinate and conduct interviews to ensure positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner. Perform reference checks for potential candidates. Manage on-boarding and orientation of new construction employees. Other duties as required including data entry, and creating employment verification letters
