About Armtec
Armtec Infrastructure Income Fund (the Fund) is an open-ended, limited purpose trust that operates through its joint venture. It has three divisions. Its Armtec division is a multi-material manufacturer specializing in polyethylene pipe, corrugated steel pipe for drainage applications and water management systems. The Con-Force division offers precast – more... and pre-stressed concrete products, as well as construction components and engineered solutions to project customers. The Durisol division provides a suite of highway noise barriers and related infrastructure products to the transportation sector. In June 2008, it acquired Durisol Inc. and its related companies and A.E. Concrete Precast Products Ltd. In July 2008, the Fund acquired the assets of the Brooklin Concrete division of Clearford Industries, shares of Boucher Pre-cast Concrete Ltd and 1219316 Alberta Ltd.
