Promote ArjoHuntleigh to the Corporate Customer. Sign and develop contract agreements for the purchase of ArjoHuntleigh products for long-term care and acute care. Educate ArjoHuntleigh sales force on agreements and help drive activities in the field to maximize sales to the corporate customer. Negotiate preferred vendor status and position AH within the senior executives in AC to adopt and implement Diligent programs
Sign new contracts and manage existing contract agreements with strategic National LTC corporate accounts and develop a strong AC position with our value proposition
Achieve and exceed annual growth objectives for PHD products and MB / TS products.
Lead the optimization of the TSS portfolio within the LTC market segment
Achieve Diligent sales objectives within targeted accounts
Problem solve when issues arise between ArjoHuntleigh and corporately contracted accounts.
Regional trainer for the Diligent program in the region.
Develop strong relationships and partnerships with key regional and National GPO contacts resulting in measurable action plans that drive sales growth for ArjoHuntleigh.
Report monthly on activities and travel schedule
Provide target opportunities and updates to the field
Provide accurate forecasting on new contract opportunities and Diligent program opportunities
Proven track record of sales / management achievement
10+ years of medical sales experience
5+ years of medical sales management or corporate account management experience

Superior interpersonal and negotiating skills
Highly organized; strong strategic thinker and self-starter
Superior knowledge and skills utilizing a variety of computer programs including Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel 40% of the time
BA-level degree required; MBA preferred
Documented sales training programs / strategic selling education / sales management training (a plus)
