POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for working with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies; eliciting, documenting and refining business requirements while serving as a liaison between the business and the IT organization in order to support existing solutions and provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
1.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
2.Familiarity with business process design and process improvement to build best practices
3. Involvement in at least 2 full lifecycle software projects, understanding how tasks are integrated to produce final deliverables
4.Experience in authoring user requirements and design specifications
5.Exposure to business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various methodologies / frameworks such as Six Sigma
6.Experience executing UAT (user acceptance testing)
7.Experience with regulated change control
8.PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office
9.ERP system experience
11.Understanding of HC requirements
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor in Technology or Business Administration
2.Two or more years of experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis
3.Excellent written and oral communication skills
4.Life science business experience
5.Understanding for HC validation requirements
