Company in rebuilding mode. Attempting to regain momentum.
Account Manager South Central (Former Employee) – Houston, TX – 30 August 2013
As I was charged with opening a new industrial territory typical day began at 6:30/7:00 am and would carry through to mid to late evenings. Management while of high standards was impatient with progress. Company attempting to regain its momentum and growth there was a mix of established and new hire co-workers. Some experienced and others going through a training curve. Gaining the confidence of management that opening a new territory takes not only drive but time. Outside sales and opening doors, obtaining approval on new clients.
