AREVA overall is a good company to work for, as all places, the majority of the employees are competent and enjoyable to work with. The most difficult part of the day is dealing with the regulations that come with the nuclear industry.

If you work in exploration, I suggest you find somewhere else. You work a lot of hours with not so competitive pay. Work/life balance is non existent when working in the field. Good office atmosphere. French management makes it tough for Canadians to move up and it's hard due to uranium prices being very low
