Line Cook (Former Employee) – Kamloops, BC – 5 February 2017
Manager didn't care about anybody but himself, there hasn't been heat since mid winter, new people were making 875 every two weeks where is was barely pushing 600 a month, just wasn't a fun place to be.
Cashier/Cook (Former Employee) – Guelph, ON – 19 January 2017
a typical day at work was cleaning, serving, restocking, and communicating with customers. I learnt how to handle money, properly handle unhappy customers, handle food, and keep the work environment clean and safe.I got along with management great as well as other employees. The hardest part was busy days and big rushes, the most enjoyable was the people i worked with as well as watching customers leave with a smile.
fun place to work. good environment to meet people.
Shift Supervisor (Former Employee) – Prince George, BC – 10 January 2017
good place to start working. made lots of friends over the years. went from basic till training to shift manager trained fairly quickly. always room for improvement and advancement if you wanted it. if you wanted training in different areas to get extra hours you justhad to ask. all in all a good place i say.
discounted food on shift 50% off shift 20%
occasional grouchy customer, tile floors are hard on my knees.
Crew Trainer (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 12 October 2016
I came from working in a family owned fast food franchise store so coming into the same industry wasn't hard. I felt like the store was mine and took care of the customers and the staff as if they were mine. I don't believe in treating a job as such but as if it belongs to you no matter where I've worked in the past. Management was always willing and open minded to any suggestions I made or how I handled the store. The only thing I found difficult was working the drive thru window in the winter because of the blistering cold wind and snow blowing in through there.
Cashier (Former Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 26 September 2016
I've gained a lot from Arby's, especially it being a first job. I really enjoyed working there with my co-workers. It was my first job and it was a really good experience, I wish I had worked there longer but it was just a summer job before I started my first year of high school.
Excellent, understanding boss & good co-workers with positive attitudes.
