Pure, Safe, kind-of-Beneficial
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ONMay 13, 2015
Arbonne is a good company - but it has its hiccups: The company keeps announcing that they're expanding, and that the sales figures are up, but you will not find a raise attached to your position regardless of the amount of overtime you may be required to do or the results of your performance review. Bilingual personnel is not compensated for fulfilling their duties in two languages, which is standard within multiple industries. A big negative are the politics, which are near-omnipresent in daily work routine. On the plus side, the office policies are very laid back, so a formal dress code isn't required. The benefits are very average but you also get their elite products at a discounted price, which can be fantastic. Arbonne offers growth opportunities to its employees, as a result virtually no position can be considered a 'dead-end'. If you're looking for a company that will give you good transferable tools and experience look no further, just don't expect a large compensation.
Pros
Discounted beauty products, Advancement opportunity
Cons
Drama, Low pay

Amazing company, with the best opportunity in the world.
Executive District Manager (Current Employee) –  Canada, America, UK, Australia, PolandMay 3, 2015
A work day is not typical, it is something part time that fits into every day of my life. Some days I am calling and scheduling meetings, appointments, events for myself. While other days I am at these meetings or events. I meet with prospects I have met at networking events, while out and about, or online. I am always working at this business, it is part of my life and wouldn't trade it for anything. The people I work with are some of the best people I will ever meet and I am grateful for that. The hardest part of the job is continuously making my uncomfort zone my new comfort zone. The best and most enjoyable part of the job (or my business) is to be able to give the gift of true transformation and see it perspire.
Pros
time leverage, changing lives, self growth

This is my review on Arbonne International
District Manager (Current Employee) –  WinnipegDecember 29, 2014
Arbonne is a culture of being in business for yourself, though not by yourself.
There is no glass ceiling on earning potential.
We are provided with the utmost state of the art tools and trainings to build my Independent Business.
I can work my business in any way I wish and around my life as it fits.
I get to help people internationally, and have as far as Australia, with providing business support.

As well it excites me to be able, and do help my sister lines with any Professional tips and tricks that I have picked up within my career from previous industries I've been involved in.

I provide one on one consultations in which I lead with the business, while providing my Clients with answers and the correct solution for what they need. Also, while uncovering any unseen cause for said issues and or ones they didn't realize they knew correlated.
I'm about honesty and integrity with my Clients. Its all about getting to know them. No 2 people are the same.
Mirroring my Clients and being in tune with their needs, not with what I think they need is the key to Arbonne.
Pros
i choose my own hours.
Cons
wish i had access to more people.which i will.

The smartest business model I've ever encountered with the most positive people
Independent Consultant (Current Employee) –  Brantford, OnNovember 20, 2013
Arbonne allows you to choose your own hours and work the business as hard as you'd like to, it fits in the nooks and crannies of your life and is easiest to work on a busier schedule, however can also be worked on a less eventful schedule as well. The different ways one can do this ranges from handing out product to test, to meeting with others for one-on-one's, to hosting spa parties, to going to large events like "Discover Arbonne" and "Car Parties". The people I work with, my team, are amazing and extremely positive and always pushing me out of my comfort zone, which i love. I've learned how to be my own boss and run my working life, I've also learned: interpersonal skills, advertising skills, sales skills, hosting skills, presentation skills, motivational speaking skills, time management skills, customer relation skills, how to build a clientele and a team and how to be a more positive person inside and outside of my job.
Pros
earning trips incentives, the ability to work your way to earn a free car, choosing your own hours, working from home, more time with friends/family, personal development and growth, lifetime friendships, positive atmospheres
Cons
it can get hard to be your own motivator, and sometimes business can go slow
