Absolutely Terrible
General Helper (Former Employee), SaskatchewanApril 3, 2014
Cons: long hours, low pay, management plays favourites with staff
Horrible place to work. Management purposely kept the camp understaffed to save money and treated the employees harshly.

The hours were long (about 9-11 hours) with little to no breaks in between.

Supplies were also cut by management to save money, which resulted in the employees being verbally abused by the clients when they were unsatisfied.

Never – more... got the benefits promised. And the raise was not given until 5 months after it was supposed to be set.

They hardly, if ever, pay employees properly or on time.

So much more to say, but can't for safety purposes. – less

Productive fun workplace with great people
1st Cook (Former Employee), Rocanville, SKJanuary 2, 2014
As my first camp experience it was a great place to start. The co workers were very friendly and more than willing to help. The managers were very welcoming and made it feel like home.

Aramark
Human Resources Advisor (Former Employee), Edmonton, ABJune 10, 2013
Pros: free lunches
Cons: long hours, no work life balance.
The people are what made this job enjoyable for the most part. There were constant changes in management, little to no clear direction within the company. Usually found myself back peddling to fix errors that management had created through poor guidance.
