This role requires a combination of people and software skills.
Timely & accurate data entering of customer information/orders.
Must be mature and pleasant with all types of customers - internal and external - while under pressure.
Part of customer service is entering and maintaining complete, accurate customer order records. Speed and accuracy is required.
As part of an office team, flexibility, great communication and team spirit is essential.
The ability to deal with a changing environment and work at a challenging pace.
Skills & Abilities:
6 months+ administrative support in an organization requiring the above.
Retail Link experience a huge plus!
Experience preferably in a related industry: frozen seafood, meat, frozen consumer packaged goods etc.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point.
Education:
College education preferred.
