This role requires a combination of people and software skills.
- Timely & accurate data entering of customer information/orders.
- Must be mature and pleasant with all types of customers - internal and external - while under pressure.
- Part of customer service is entering and maintaining complete, accurate customer order records. Speed and accuracy is required.
- As part of an office team, flexibility, great communication and team spirit is essential.
- The ability to deal with a changing environment and work at a challenging pace.
Skills & Abilities:
- 6 months+ administrative support in an organization requiring the above.
- Retail Link experience a huge plus!
- Experience preferably in a related industry: frozen seafood, meat, frozen consumer packaged goods etc.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Power Point.
- College education preferred.
