Company looking for Receptionist/Secretary,which is able to write and speak very good French and English,(extra language: Russian,Spanish,Italian or Chinese is a bonus) .The ability to answer phone calls, create a connection with the costumer by explaining the basic of our services and then redirect call to right station. These phone calls are first contact and are the doorway to our business thus ability to express clearly but compassion is essential.
To be able to prepare and manage reports, correspondences and documents. Set up & maintain filing systems.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails and answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, conferences and travel arrangments.
Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. Record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Conduct research on construction, compile data, statistics and prepare reports.
Greet visitors, operate office equipment such as fax, copier or any other duties assigned by supervisors.
