Administrative coordinator
Aqua-Vac, is a general contracting company specializing in the decontamination and water damage in Montreal and area, looking for a dynamic, very organized bilingual administrative assistant who is at ease with customer service.
This is a great opportunity to work work with a company that is constantly growing.
What the job entails:
-Answering the phone and emails
-Dealing with insurance company claims
-Proposing job according to each client’s individual needs
-Developing a relationship with each client,
-Making sure that each client’s stay is going well and providing them with the best customer service possible.
-Preparing contracts, invoices and taking care of payments.
The successful candidate will need to be/have:
-Bilingual (both oral and written) in French and in English
-Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with customers or co-workers.
-Very organized
-An excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word
-Experience as an administrative assistant
-Capable of taking care of multiple tasks at one time
-Independent, trustworthy and capable of making good decisions.
