Contacting small and medium sized businesses to set appointments or generate business contact leads on behalf of our client in a wide variety of industries such as: Insurance, Legal, Financial, Market Research, Services, Telecommunication, Mortgage, Manufacturing, Service, Health Care, Utilities, Technology, Retail, Transportation and many others. Maintaining customer records and contact information.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 year appointment setting and lead generation experience an asset.
- Must be able to book a minimum of 2 appointments per day after training
- Must possess strong verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in CRM systems an asset (ACT by Sage CRM))
- Competitive with the ability to achieve success in a quota driven environment
- Ability to work independently after training
- Must have a good work ethic.
